Ka Haris and Ka Winda's Wedding

On July, 7th 2012,
I attended wedding of my cousin, Haris, in Balai Sudirman Panti Prajurit. There, I was on duty to be a guest guard ... hmmm I don't know actually what we usually call among tamu in  English..hehehe
The wedding was in Sumatera tradition. It was because our family is from Palembang. Because of that, before the wedding's started, there was a Palembang's Dance from the bride, Ka Winda, and dancers. 
Oh iya, the MC of that wedding was Sogy Indra Duaja. One of actors in Extravaganza, in Trans TV.

Kerja Praktek Part VII

Today is Saturday, and it is holiday!

So, we don't have to work.. 

Because of that, we decide to cook foods by ourselves! hahahaha

We started it by collecting money, which each of us had to give Rp 10.000,00. After that, Eka and Rosma went to the market near by our boarding house. Icha, Dyah and I were still in the boarding house to clean our room.

After Eka and Rosma came from market, we start for cooking!

But because Icha had to go to her brother's house, so only Eka, Rosma, Dyah and I who cooked foods. Here are the pictures of our foods. Check this out !

Kerja Praktek Part VI

On Friday, July 13th, was a busy day for me, my friends and also for PL1.
Why?
Because, on that day, we had 2 agendas. The first was we had to move from Typical Building in 8th floor to Kebon Sirih in 4th floor. So PL1 had to pack their documents up to the cardboards. It was a busy situation and really mess!! Can you imagine it?

And the second agenda was there were farewell party  in the afternoon for Director of PL1, Mr. Taufany, in Learning Center BI Building, Tugu Tani. So the staffs of PL 1 had to prepare that party. We helped them to make guest list, and paper for doorprize. Oh ya, do you know what the doorprizes in that party..

There were so many doorprizes to be given there. There were toiletries, new edition of kitchen stove, new edition of refrigerator, new edition of tablet, and new edition of washing machine!

Kerja Praktek Part V

Mr. Agung, the staff from M/E team, told us that we are able to come to library if we want to search datas. So we decided to come there. Library of BI is in B building, on 2nd floor.
There are 2 libraries. One is for book and the other one is for data (like journal). We decided to come to the first library. We actually come to library, not for searching data, but only want to having fun. There, there are many books, like history, math, accounting, BI history and the others. Of course, I chose to read novel! (loh??) hahaha..

But after a few minutes, we felt bored. So, as usual, we took pictures again! hahahhaa..

Then, in the afternoon, we decided to go to Grand Indonesia, The Shopping Town..
There, we met our college friends from Solo, DR and Hakim. They came to Jakarta too, because they have KP in ASTRA. We made appointment to meet there in Burger King.

Kerja Praktek Part IV

Like what I've said before in my post (Kerja Praktek Part II), my friends and I were placed in meeting room while we were still confuse and haven't defined our topics.
But after 3 days in BI, We have been placed in cubicle. It was because we have chose our topics. 

I chose about IBMS. IBMS was Integrated Building Management System. It was a project of PL1 to replace the old control system in BI to the new system (IBMS). BI used to control all system by using BAS (Building Automation System) which are in each building in KOPER BI. Whereas each BAS has to control many systems like : HVAC, lighting, Elevator and Escalator, Pumps and Panel and the others. And most of BI's buildings still use mimic panel in their BAS, and only Kebon Sirih Building which has used IP, so they can control that building in monitor directly.

Therefore, BI will use IBFMS (Integrated Building and Facility Management System), so all control system will be integreted in a single, streamlined, multi service network infrastructure. All function shall be available at the Main IBMS room, integration system shall mean all the part of the system are conected together through software and shall share the information.

Because I chose about IBMS, so I was placed in M/E (Mechanical/ Electrical) team. I am not alone there, because Eka and Icha were also in M/E team. Icha chose about IBMS too but only in FAS (Fire Alarm System) topic and I only in HVAC. Eka chose about IFMS, about requesting facility. Here the place of M/E :

Dyah and Rosma are different, they were placed in Kendaraan team. 

Rosma chose about conveyor especially in biomekanik and Dyah chose about supplier analysis. Here the place of Kendaraan :

In Kendaraan, you can see beautiful scenery from windows. You can see BI park, Kebon Sirih, C, D building and back gate of BI. Here they are :

Oh ya! We have invited to come to the place for mix and make bracket of old money. It is in front of C building. The place is like basement but it is tilt!  Can you imagine it? So it made us difficult to come in, because we wore high heels! hahahaha

Actually we didn't allow to take a picture because it is restricted area. 

In the same day, after coming to money bracket place, we invited to BAS in D, and Kebon Sirih building. In D building, the BAS still uses mimic control, but in Kebon Sirih Building has used monitor in computer. But we had no time to take a picture, so I didn't have any photos..hahaha

But, In 2nd survey, I came to BAS again, but not in D and Kebon Sirih buiding but it was in A and B building. I was accompanied by Mr. Augus. Not only me, my friends from the same team (M/E), Icha and Eka, joined the survei too. But they were not in BAS. Icha did survey in FAS room, and Eka in Colliers.

Kerja Praktek Part III

Bank Indonesia's Birthday!!

Yes, actually BI's birthday is on July 1st. But because the dates was on sunday, so it was celebrated on July 3th. On that day, there were many celebrations.

In the morning, all stafs in KOPER BI from all buliding, like A, B, C, D, Kebon Sirih, and Typical Building had to join aerobic together. But before that, there were opening from Gubernur of BI first to open this celebration. There were stages to celebrate this moment. Because BI invited Local Band from Jakarta, to enliven his birthday. Here it is :

Actually, my friends and I were invited by Mr Au to join the aerobics, but based on Mr Didit's advice, so we didn't join it. Yes, it is because all stafs of BI have been given uniform like t-shirt and hat of BI on the previous day. 

Finally, we only joined it after the aerobics was over. We joined it when it was time for eatiiiinnggg!!!
Yeeeeaayy..hahaha..

After eating time, there were still celebration, which was a competition for all staffs of BI. But we didn't join it, because we prefer to come back to the office to discuss about our topics. Hahaha..

Then, in the afternoon, while walking on the way to come back to our boarding house, I took pictures with Eka. hahaha.. Because the other of my friends (Rosma, Icha and Dyah) walked very fast. So Eka and I left behind. Because of that we took that chance to take pictures in BI park.. hahaha

I'm sorry Dyah, Rosma and Icha!! hahaha
Oke..oke.. enough for this post.. Next time, I will share about our experience again. Don't regret for reading my blog, do you! hahaha

Kerja Praktek Part II

On 2nd July 2012...

Yes, I started doing my KP in BI. In my first day, I had to come again to Mrs. Tita to get her advices, so I can do my KP well. We can say it by briefing, but it's different from briefing on June 29th. Because in this day, I met Mrs. Tita with all members who doing KP too in BI, from all universities and high schools. There were 50 people at that briefing. At that moment, I acquainted with Norita from UNJ, Dira from Unpad, etc (actually I have forgot the other names..hehe).

After having briefing with Mrs. Tita, I came to my place which will be my office for 1 month.

It is in Typical Building on 8th floor. I were placed in DLP 1 (Departemen Logistik dan Pengamanan 1), especially in Dpl 1 (Divisi Pelaksanaan Logistik 1). 

                                       

At that place, there is my senior from Industrial Engineering, UNS too. He is Mr. Augus Perwira. He is the person who has helped me and my friends to be able to have KP in BI. Thank you Mas Augus!

There, my friends and I were welcomed by him and his friends. There are Mr. Didit, Mr. Robert. Mr. Imam, Mr Taufany, Mr Catur, Mrs Sri, Mrs. Dedeh and the others. You know, we are very happy because we are welcomed very well by them. At that time, we were introduced like : what Dpl 1 is, what they are doing, how many teams there, what their problems and projects now in Dpl 1, and the others.

I don't know whether all divisions or departements in BI do like in Dpl 1, but in Dpl 1, people in there are very kind. They help us to find our topics for our reports in campus, like it is their problem. They insist to teach and give me informations, hope that we will get topics for our reports.

Alhamdulillah..

When we were still confuse and haven't defined our topics, we were placed in meeting room. In our spare time, as usual, we took picturesssss ... hahahha  :)

hahahha.. (oke, I think it is not important to be talked, but I don't have any topics again to be shared in this time..hahaha)
