Industrial Visits 2011 (Day 4 and 5)

Yup..This is it!

After having fun at Dufan, we were really tired. So we went to bed directly.

Then, at 3 am we woke up for going to next trip, Green Canyon and Pangandaran Beach.

Before that we visited to a shop to buy something for our family. At that time I bought Sale Banana, and 2 kinds of foods (I've forgotten their names..). Then we stopped again at Restaurant to have lunch.

Finally, we arrived at Green Canyon.

Green Canyon is a beautiful place. This place will show you beautiful nature cause you will see the cave which is built by stalactites and stalacmites.

To get that cave, we had to sailed by boat less than 30 minutes. On that boat, we were divided into a group which consisted 6 people. My group was Esti, Cynthia, Hernawan, Bekti, Adnan and of course Me. On our trip, we could see wonderful scenery. We could see the basin with steep walls on the either side; some walls like a cave. Water was blue too, so it was an amazing adventure that I've ever had.

After 30 minutes, we arrived at the Cuve. It was a beautiful place. Water was blue. Stalactite and stalacmite was spread at all this place. And it rains all day. The rain was not from the sky, but it was from roots of the trees which were on the cave. Unfortunately, our boat couldn't reach to the end of the cave. So we had to swim by wearing life vest.

But I didn't swim, because I hadn't changed my clothes to be the clothes which was for wet. So I just took photos with my friends :

From Green Canyon, we continued to Pangandaran Beach.

Unfortunately we had been late. It has been night. So we couldn't swim in the sea. We just could see sunset. It was beautiful..

At that time, as usual I took pictures again (hehehe..) :

Then, we had dinner. After dinner, I went to the shop near our bus to buy something. I bought yellow barong clothes. It was so funny cause when I bought that clothes, at the same time, as you can see, I wore white barong clothes too, but it was from Bali, not Pangandaran. hahaha..

Next, My friends and I took photos besides our bus to keep our memories about KI forever.

After that, we went back to Solo to continue our real life again. Hmmm..

Yes, that was day 4.

On day 5, we just spent our time on the bus.

We arrived in Solo at 4.30 am. Then I went back to my boarding house by taxi with my friends : Esti, Novita and Rosma.

Finally, It had finished, but our memories would be saved in my heart forever..

Industrial Visits 2011 (Day 3)

Hallooo, this is the third day. Enjoy yaa!

After having breakfast in hotel, we went to Sea World, Ancol! Yeeeeeeyyyy...

The first target was Underwater Theater. There, we were shown 7 dancers from Russia. They danced under the sea, they called the Russian Beauty of The Sea. At their performance, they collaborated with 6 divers from Indonesia and 4 dolphins. It was so cool baby..

This attraction also combined a few elements like comedy, beauty, tension, sadness and joy in animated film. Besides that, the show was combined with an exciting multimedia technologies so that it became an interesting attraction to be watched. Here are some pictures :

Then, we went to 4D Cinema. We watched film of Dora the Explorer. hehhehe..which certainly affected by 4D. Actually we wanted to see film of Pirates, but its schedule was at 1 pm, too late.. so we decided to take Dora..

After that, we went to (maybe) Saung Kuring Restaurant (actually I've forgotten the name of this restaurant. hehehe) to have lunch and prayer. Its location is around Ancol Beach.

After eating and praying, we went to Dufan!

I chose to ride boat swing (Perahu Kora-Kora) for the first. I sat on the 2nd bench from behind. Hahaha..

After that, we chose to ride roller coaster!

Then, my friend, Ayu said that we ought to take a rest. So we chose to watch 4D cinema to make our mind more refreshing. 4D cinema in Dufan was different from 4D cinema in Ancol before. In Dufan, the movement of its chair was stronger.So it is more fun than in ancol. But the effect of 4D in Ancol was better than in Dufan.

After 4D, we were confused what the next games that we would be chosen. So we went around Dufan area. We saw Kicir-Kicir Area. At that time, its queue was not crowded, even there was no one at that queue. Actually, we felt a little suspicious. But, we still tried to ride that games..

Then, this is our faces after playing that games :

We looked so pale. It was obvious that we were very shock. Hahaha..

In fact our suspicious was proven. There was no one in queue because people were afraid to ride this game. But I think this game was the best if it was compared by another games in Dufan. Give thumbs up for us! yeeeeyy..

After that, we went to Arum Jeram. Unfortunately, I don't have the picture to show you how interesting it was! Do you know? My clothes were wet. So I had to change all my clothes.

Then, we went to Tilt Mirror (Rumah Miring). This floor's house was tilt. So we had to be careful to exit from this house.

Next, we chose to come in Mirror Home. In this home, there were so many mirrors, so we had to try to find the escape of this house. Actually it was like a mirror labirin. Unfortunately I don't have its picture too..

After Mirror Home, we went to Hysteria!!

But, I didn't ride it because I had been tired enough so I thought I can't stand again to ride that game. So only my friends : Pakde (Noel), Bara, Ang, Gembul (Iqbal), Yudhi, and Ringgo which rode Hysteria..

Then, we had to stop playing another game because we were afraid there was not enough time to play again. So we intended to exit from Dufan. But, we found my other friends near Turangga Rangga (In Indonesia we always call it by Komedi Putar). In fact, they were waiting for our lecturers cause our lecturers still played game and wanted to watch Fireworks Party which held at 7 pm..Hmmm..

So we chose to take picture agaaaiiinn..hahaha

Finally, the Fireworks Party was started. Before that we were given free firecracker by dufan employee. Here is the pictures when we had free firecrackers:

We turned it on when the Fireworks Party started. So it was soooo Beautiful..

After that, we came back to previous Restaurant to have dinner. Then we came back to Jatra Hotel to take a rest.

Day 3 finished. It was a wonderful day. I will never forget it forever!

Industrial Visits 2011 (Day 1 and 2)

Recently, My friends and I attended Industrial Visits which was called by KI. It was held on July, 4-6 2011. KI is an annual event that is held by Industrial Engineering Sebelas Maret University. Like its name, KI is an event where students (in 4th semester) visit industries to see how they produce their products. Usually, KI will visit 2 kinds of industry which is manufacturing and service industries.

This year, our KI held in Jakarta.

We departed from Solo on July 3 2011 at 1 pm. We departed by bus Gege. It was one of the best bus I have ever rode.

Okay, lets talk about another conversations..

The next day, we arrived at Sukahati restaurant, Bandung. There, we spent our time to take a bath and have breakfast.

Then, we went to the first company. It was Chemco Harapan Nusantara. This industry is located in Jababeka Industrial Area. Chemco's products are designed to meet automotive industry need of high quality component. Chemco focus on production of Aluminium casting, aluminium casting, aluminium wheels, brake systems and product qualities.

There, we were greeted very friendly by staffs and all directors. We were introduced by all the head directors and staffs. We were also introduced by the staff who was ex UNS student. After opening ceremony and blaa..blaa...blaa.. we were taken around this industry. You know what??

It was a big..biggg.. and biggg industry! Wooooowww..

In that place, we were shown how to make casting, see various CNC machines, etc.. Oyaa, before we got around that industry, we were given K3 safety devices such as cap, mask and protective goggles. When travelling, we were divided into several groups. Unfortunately, when travelling, we were not allowed to take pictures because it is dangerous enough considering there's so much hot liquid aluminium around us. The point is my journey in this industry is very impressive!!

One more thing! Do you know?? Almost the entire of staffs were men. The number of staff which are girls were only 2.. Imagine friends! (*Uupppssss...sorry, I'm so Over!)

Oyaaa, after this tour, we gathered back at the previous room for question and answer session. Blaaa.. blaaa.. But, before that session, we stole time to take pictures at that room..hahaha.. Here they are :

After Chemco, we went directly to PT Jasa Marga company. PT Jasa Marga Company (Persero) Tbk is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in toll road planning, development, operation, maintenance and management. The company is also engaged in the construction of new toll roads, improvement of toll road facilities and other businesses related to the toll road industry.

There, we were greeted very well too. We were shown videos and presentations about Jasa Marga. However, almost all of their presentations were about Civil Engineering. As a result, we do not understand...hehehe...

Luckily, there were presentations about Investment Feasibility Analysis and about crack. So It was still oke

At the end of our visits in this industry, we were photographed together in front of PT Jasa Marga Company. Unfortunately I don't have these photos. hehehehe..

KI continued to Mangga Dua Square to have dinner. This is a picture:

As you can see, the shops had closed because it was too late. So I couldn't buy anything for me and my family.

Next, we directly went to Jatra Hotel in South Bandengan, West Jakarta to stay.

There, I got the same room with Cynthia, Esti, and Kartika. After taking a bath, some of my friends played to Old City (Kota Tua). But my 5 friends (Cynthia, Kartika, Dyah, Evi, and Fitry) and I didn't join it because we couldn't stand again to walk again. Finally, we spent our time by taking pictures (again? hahaha) in my room and in front of our hotel.
